- "Stan the White Man"
Imia linked to this video on Twitter this morning, and I gladly shared it with any and everybody at work who wanted to see. Ended up being just me and an older Black dude, but small victories count too. It's long and the camera angle doesn't change, but let it play in the background while you do something else. Stan the White Man keeps it realer than a lot of Black people you know.
- "Robert Traylor" "Tractor" Traylor was found dead today in his Puerto Rico apartment today of a massive heart attack. He was 34 years old and played professionally over there. Traylor spent a handful of pretty pedestrian years in the NBA - his claims to fame are being traded for Dirk Nowitzki on draft day and just being humongous - but his nickname is one of the most remembered from the late-90s/early-2000s NBA that I had just gotten obsessed with. RIP.
- "Amber Rose"
I don't care that she goes to the same barber Morty Schapiro does. I don't care if she used to be a stripper. I don't care that she may very well be insane. Amber Rose would get the business. Via 2DBz.
- "Brian Shaw" Another familiar name from my NBA fandom beginnings. He's the favorite to succeed Phil in LA. I'm rooting for him, especially after reading this story about the rough summer he had in 1993.
- "Bullet Space Pens" This one from Fisher is made out of an actual .375-caliber bullet. Cop at Cool Material.
